Empowerment allows us to open up to peace, inspiration, creativity, and the feeling of being limitless. Empowerment heals feelings of shame, anger, hate, and resentment that can keep us stuck in our lives and ultimately disconnected from our own self-worth.

Sadly, due to societal conditioning and trauma a lot of us have become closed off from our own inner power and tend to conform to the environment around us and constantly look outside ourselves for answers or recognition. At the end of the day we wonder why we feel so empty and unsatisfied in our life.
